About Josh

Born in Southern California, Josh Rotter grew up with stars in his eyes amongst the rich and famous, halfway between the Malibu Shores and the Hollywood Hills. He moved to San Francisco to take advantage of the dot com boom of the late 90's, putting his entertainment industry dreams behind him to cover celebrities instead. Influenced by such journalistic luminaries as Hedda Hopper, Michael Musto and Marke B., he began covering the notable people and events that make this city a cultural capital. After working for Planet Out/Gay.com as an arts and entertainment editor for two years, he now spends his time creating new fashion trends, discovering new bands at local music festivals and sipping on exotic rum cocktails, while poring through the latest Hollywood gossip rags.
