Jené Despain designs beautiful modern jewelry with a strong point of view. After living in San Francisco for years, she recently moved back to Brooklyn, and her first collection after her move is heavily influenced by Art Deco architecture such as the Chrysler Building. Her latest collection, Black Honey, takes shapes and cues from nature and gives them a post-modern spin. Sugarcomb motifs, clean lines and mixed materials make this one of her strongest collections to date. www.jenedespain.com

Serial Cultura is a clothing line designed by Jennifer Jennings. With an emphasis on the creative process itself, Jennifer's work involves photography, textile design, printing and dyeing. Jennifer believes in the art and craft of textile and clothing design. Her work focuses on merging printed art with organically structured silhouettes. Her collection is inspired by simple geometric forms. The prints are either hand-printed in California or digitally printed from her original artwork. Fashion Loves People is a collaboration between Janette Crawford and J. Kirk Davis, a Kansas City-based artist and educator whose work was featured in Women’s Wear Daily in the 1970s and 1980s. Together they created a small line of organic knits printed with Kirk’s vintage fashion illustrations. www.fashionlovespeople.com
