IZ IT is a family owned and operated mobile food truck.

IZ IT was inspired by the mobile food scene out right now. We wanted to bring our secret family fried chicken recipe along with new dishes created by us to the food enthusiasts out there.

The Icon is our secret family recipe. When our grandparents arrived to the US from China, they opened up a small delicatessen in the Richmond district of San Francisco, Kwong Shing Market was born. People stood in lines for the classic Chinese dishes; fried rice, chow fun, chow mein. But one thing stood out head and shoulders above the rest, the fried chicken. Sadly, in 2006, after over 35 years, Kwong Shing was retired. IZ IT now brings back the “ICONIC” Kwong Shing Market fried chicken back to the people.

That along with a couple of new dishes created by us, IZ IT is bringing something new and fresh to the street food scene.

The only question that remains is, IZ IT???
